I couldn’t be any happier with the way that the models at IMT Lone Tree turned out! Photographed is the one bedroom layout which offers a open layout, perfect for entertaining. The eclectic/ transitional interior design adds style, character, and warmth; making the unit feel lived in and inviting. Live in the Denver, Co area? Looking for a new place to call home? Look no further than IMT Lone Tree. This property is pet friendly, well maintained, and the units are a must see.
Buying accessories can be tricky. You might start to over think and resort to buying things that match. Just relax! Have fun! and reach for things that you are drawn to; items that fall within the style of the space. Purchase accessories from different stores; my personal favorites are: West Elm, Target, and just recently H & M. The amount of accessories needed will depend on the style of the space and what you or your client want to achieve. Books, are a perfect filler to create a balance between all of the objects. A great source for books is Books By the Foot; you can buy by color, style, and many more options.

The most exciting phase of staging is seeing all my purchases in person; it’s like Xmas x 1000. I couldn’t be happier with my CB2 chalk clock purchase;it’s a great way to add humor or inspiring words. The black ceramic planter by Room and Board adds the perfect amount of contrast. Love plants but too busy to maintain them? There are great alternates nowadays such as this agave plant by Office Spaces Direct. Ikea is also a great source for affordable and realistic looking faux plants. Follow SPEC-D to see the phases of staging that will lead up to the final design.
